Hmong vintage hemp fabric ethnic throw cushion tribal decorative square pillow 20 inch hand woven off-white indigo blue natural dye SD10

The back of the pillow is made from a simple and handsome locally produced 100% cotton blue/white melange fabric.

Pillow dimensions are 20 inches wide x 20 inches tall. Because of the particular handmade/handwoven characteristics, dimensions are intended as plus or minus half an inch.

This pillow has an interlining/fusing applied to the rearside of both the front and back materials to maintain fabric integrity and smashing good looks, and a top-of-the-line, YKK-zippered, fill opening for strength and durability . In addition, all fabric joints have been serged/overlocked to properly seal the edges, prevent fraying, and provide a crisp, clean finish. The last photo(s) shows the professional finish of the inside of all our pillows.

Each pillow is very similar but the patterns of the blue indigo will vary slightly from the one photographed.

Please note that the handwoven textiles used in this pillow may have some aberrations such as wonky threads or other anomalies in the weaving/embroidery. In addition, this is a vintage item of Hmong/Miao clothing that has been worn and used in the field and then repurposed into pillows. It may show some signs of it's former life by way of small wear areas and light staining. These will be at a minimum, however, and the textile has been thoroughly washed and sanitized. Because of the peculiar characteristics of vintage/handwoven textiles, pillow dimensions are intended as plus or minus half an inch.
