Refund policy

For your convenience, most items are returnable to a US address.

Restitutions are accepted for non-custom items within two weeks of consignment date (date the shipment arrives at shipping address). Cut fabric, custom items, and sale items are not returnable, sorry! Items must be in original condition and must not have been laundered, dirtied, stretched, used to swat flies, or otherwise altered. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the recipient and not Water Air Industry. In cases where a returned article does not conform to the above stated conditions, the recipient can choose to have the item re-sent at recipients expense. If the recipient refuses this shipment, Water Air Industry reserves the right to retain the item(s) and corresponding monies.

Refunds will be given once goods have been received and quality controlled.

We are happy to accept your returns and please note: Our out-of-pocket shipping cost from Thailand to destination will not be refunded unless the return is due to defective merchandise not including color discrepancy from screen differences or subjective interpretations/names of colors such as "white/off-white", "rust", "salmon", "beige" "gray/black", etc... Screens WILL show colors differently, including contrast and brightness and names of colors are elastic and open to personal opinion.

For reference, our minimum out-of-pocket DHL shipment cost is over $31 USD (even a feather...true) and goes up as package weight/size increases.
