Cream, buttery, off-white with a super chunky beige cotton cord holding the two panels together. They have been hand sewn using the traditional roof and house stitch. This gives a strong visual and tactile design element. If you are familiar with these textiles, note that the hand sewing is different from the normal tunics. It is a bigger, more rigid yarn and correspondingly larger stitch, making for a stronger and more rustic element.

This is a hand made fabric by the Karen or Karian ethnic group of Thailand and Burma. It is hand woven on a traditional back-strap loom with cotton colored using natural, organic, vegetable dyes. This is a more expensive and time-consuming process than using chemical dyes but results in the enchanting character and soft hues of the colors you see in the photos.

The dimensions are 81 inches long x 23 inches wide without the fringe. Dimensions might vary by a half inch in width and an inch in length due to the handmade nature. The item is new but some anomalies and aberrations in handwoven, jungle village items are normal and should be expected.
