Laos Tai Lue runner ethnic Hmong fabric handwoven textile neutral black and mocha beige VV54
The weft threads of the runner, that is, the horizontal threads, are cotton (the black and the mocha). This is the part of the textile that comes into contact with the body. They create the fill and body of the textile. The warp threads, the threads running lengthwise (the white threads, are polyester. This is often done to give more strength to a textile and to prevent the shape from changing, for example, when washing.
The dimensions are 85 inches in length x 16 inches in width without the fringe. The item is new but some anomalies and aberrations in handwoven, jungle village items are normal and should be expected.
