Dark, earth-tone brown, handwoven fat weave, 100% cotton, neutral, muted fabric, medium-weight, Thailand craft, sold per yard PHA94

Lovely dark and sort of dusty brown that absorbs light. The weave is loose with big thread giving a lot of texture for very evident hand feel. Still, it is soft. It reminds me of the weave of a jute bag but without any of the scratchiness. It is handwoven and dyed with natural dyes.

Width is 39 inches. The last image shows a version in indigo blue found by searching code PHA347.

The weight of a one yard length of fabric is about 8.3 oz/235 grams...not to be confused with the Fabric Weight which is calculated from a square yard or meter (more about the density of the weave and yarn).

To facilitate packing and shipping, fabric lengths of any one fabric type will have a maximum length of 20 yards. That is, if you purchase 40 yards of the same fabric, you will receive two sections of fabric both 20 yards in length. Some exceptions may apply.
