Handwoven hemp shoulder bag, neutral beige men's women's crossbody tote, natural hand sewn tribal purse Kind Hum.

This traditional, simple-style bag, made from only 2 pieces of fabric, is called a "yam" in Thailand. The name we have given this particular yam that we have created is: Kind Hum.

Kind Hum is made from a handwoven, unbleached, heavy-duty, hemp, in a lovely, neutral and natural beige. The front toss pocket is distressed natural vegetable tanned leather, as are the drawstring bag closures. To note: Each bag will display slightly different lines/creases/scars/color of the front leather pocket panel due to this distressing. Inside the bag are both an open toss pocket and a zippered pocket. The lining is a banded linen/cotton mix and the top of the bag can be closed up securely by pulling on the two leather drawstrings, as seen in the photos.

The drawstring closure can be left un-cinched and the fabric pushed into the bag if only an open, easy-access, tote style bag is desired. When more security is necessary, pull out the fabric to cinch the top with the drawstrings whereupon the fabric can either be pushed into the bag or hung over the edge (and even tucked into the leather pocket as in the photo).

 The dimensions: Laid out flat on a table, the body of the bag is 16 inches square. From the handle to the bag top is about 19 inches.
