Hand-loomed Chin cotton textile from Burma. Handwoven on a backstrap loom, the 3 panels are hand sewn together to form a 40 inch wide fabric. The stripes are a light brown with some orange and red tints (rust or caramel) and are made from organic vegetable dyes. The textile is very clean and in magnificent shape. There is one light stripe of dust or dirt where the textile was folded or hanging which can be seen in the photographs (don't let the shadow from the un-ironed textile make you think the mark is darker than it is). I have not tried to wash it and the dirt is only on one side. The opposite side is clean.

Total dimensions are 40 in. x 74 in.
