Vintage natural vegetable dye indigo blue Chin Miao Hmong handwoven textured cotton textile tapestry Burma Myanmar CF1

Hand-loomed Chin cotton textile from Burma. Handwoven on a backstrap loom, there are 3 panels each about 20 inches in width sewn together to form a 61-inch wide fabric by 75 inches long. The dusky blue is from natural indigo dye. There is some fading and mottling to the color and the reverse side shows a small patch of some dark staining shown in the last photo.

Total dimensions are 61. x 75 in.
