Very soft hand feel. Handwoven, varied light texture. Raised woven horizontal accent stripes. Note the base fabric is an interplay between olive green and black yarns giving a soft energy boost to the material. No, I'm not talking new-age energy but visual energy: this fabric brings the Cha-Cha.

Note that the the color of the yardage has gradations due to the handmade and organic dye nature of the fabric. There are bands of slightly lighter colored fabric that present themselves with beautiful nonchalance. This is why we love handmade!

To facilitate packing and shipping, fabric lengths of any one fabric type will have a maximum length of 20 yards. That is, if you purchase 40 yards of the same fabric, you will receive two sections of fabric both 20 yards in length. Some exceptions may apply.

The weight of a one yard length of fabric is about 7 oz/200 grams...not to be confused with the Fabric Weight which is calculated from a square yard or meter (more about the density of the weave and yarn).
